The hostel does not yet have its own designed computer lab. However, considering the increasing use of technology in every field of life, it is important that every student becomes computer literate.

For this, we have taken special permission from the school authorities to use the computer labs in the school premises after school hours.

Subsequently, three computer trainers have been appointed. They conduct classes in the evening after school hours at the two computer labs in the school for boy students. The BJS college computer lab is used for separate classes for the girl students. The students have now understood the importance and the basics of computers. This is a remarkable achievement for these students considering their backgrounds. Our challenge was to introduce these children to even the basics of computer literacy, as most of them would never even see a computer earlier.
