There is a dedicated management committee of senior experienced people from diverse backgrounds, who make all policy decisions about WERC. This committee reviews the activities at WERC and makes policy decisions as required.

The managing committee members are Shri. Shantilal Muttha, Shri. Prakashchand Surana, Shri. Prafula Parakh, Shri. Shantilal Bora, Shri. Pravin Bhandhari, Shri. Abhay Munot, Dr. Vijay Sethiya, Ms. Divya Khivansara, Shri. Raunak Muthiyan, and Shri. Lokesh Thakkar.

The committee has deliberated upon and taken speedy decisions in the best interests of the care of these children.
