WERC was built out of certain humanitarian values, and our efforts over the years have been to inculcate these values in the children being cared for here.

We believe these values, like respect for self and others, belief in unity amidst diversity, co-operation and team spirit, leadership and discipline, should be experienced by the students which would lead to an attitudinal shift in them and make them more evolved human beings.

Thus, one primary objective of this program is to develop personality, self-confidence, discipline, unity and leadership qualities in these marginalized children, and also to give them a platform and opportunities to express their skills.
